Skill sets and experiences we are looking for:
- Early to mid-career
- Expertise in LinkedIn B2B GTM, with the ability to convert potential clients
- Good with content creation and engage with potential businesses on LinkedIn
- Awareness in technologies like Web 3.0, Blockchain, NFT's, and AI (Must)
- Experience in the fashion and luxury business (Must)
- Connections to investors or potential business clients (Preferable)
What You’ll Be Driving:
- Define and execute the company’s go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategy in the US
- Opening new business opportunities with fashion, luxury, and retail brands
- Create engaging LinkedIn content and drive thought leadership for the brand
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Support fundraising activities like investor outreach, communicate market opportunity, traction, and long-term scalability with confidence and clarity
Compensation structure:
- Equity in the company
- Salary compensation range $50K-$100K (will be included post fundraising)
- Twenty-five to fifty percent profit sharing on closing sales
- Successful fundraising bonus
Commitment:
- 4-5 hours per day (Monday - Friday), including daily alignment meetings
