Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Web3 Engineer with strong experience in smart contract development, blockchain infrastructure, and Web3 integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with EVM-based chains, blockchain node operations, and secure smart contract engineering.
Must-Have Technical Skills
Core Web3 / Blockchain Skills
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals including:
- Transactions
- Blocks
- Gas fees
- Wallets and private/public keys
- RPC architecture
- Finality
- Consensus mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with smart contract development using:
- Solidity (preferred)
- Hardhat
- Foundry
- Truffle
- Remix
- Experience with EVM-based blockchain networks such as:
- Ethereum
- Polygon
- Arbitrum
- Optimism
- Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
- Experience with enterprise blockchain platforms is a plus:
- Hyperledger Fabric
- Corda
- Quorum
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for blockchain deployments
- Understanding of blockchain security best practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
