Who We Are

The Solana Foundation is a non-profit based in Zug, Switzerland, dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network. Solana is a high performance blockchain that can deliver a fast and friendly user experience, without sacrificing security. The Solana Foundation is working to realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information and value freely around the world. We are looking for talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help the ecosystem build.

The Opportunity

The Solana Foundation is looking for the first Partner Success Manager to serve as the connective tissue between BD and our Product teams. Origination is no longer our constraint. Activation is: turning commitments into live, verifiable on-chain usage, and turning existing partners into users of the products built by Solana Foundation.

We're hiring a Partner Success Manager to own that conversion. You'll carry a book of enterprise partners from signature through to production, and you'll run go-to-market for the Solana Developer Platform (SDP) — qualifying the pipeline, shaping the commercial motion, and feeding what you learn back into the product.

How you'll be measured

  • Activation — deals producing verifiable on-chain activity.

  • Time-to-first-transaction — how fast new partners go live.

  • Utilization — existing partners expanded into additional Solana products and deeper integrations.

You will:

  • Activate signed partners. Take ownership of designated accounts after signature. Diagnose why integrations stall, unblock them, connect partners to the right internal and ecosystem resources, and stay hands-on through launch and beyond.

  • Reactivate dormant accounts. Work a book of signed-but-inactive partners, understand the real blocker in each case — technical, commercial, or organizational — and build a repeatable method from what works.

  • Run GTM for the Solana Developer Platform. Qualify inbound demand against a framework you help build, identify what converts, and shape the commercial mechanics as SDP moves from free devnet access to paid mainnet usage.

  • Expand existing partners. Earn each next integration on its own commercial merits, prove it works, then use that proof to open the next conversation.

  • Build outbound for SF built products. Develop a thesis on which partner profiles convert, build named target lists, and go get them not just work what arrives.

  • Verify, don't assume. Track partner progress against on-chain data and dashboards. Report activation on evidence, not on partner sentiment.

  • Keep the system honest. Maintain clean, current records in HubSpot — every account's owner, stage, counterpart, and next action legible to anyone who picks it up cold.

  • Close the product loop. Surface recurring integration patterns, blockers, and feature gaps from partner conversations to inform the SDP roadmap.

You ideally have:

  • Experience owning a book of enterprise accounts from signature through to production usage in partnerships, solutions, or commercial roles at a developer platform, API company, payments provider, or infrastructure business.

  • A track record of unblocking stalled integrations, not just managing relationships. You can point to deals that were dead and are now live because of what you did.

  • Comfort with data. You can pull, read, and reason about usage and activity data to verify whether a partner is actually live.

  • Genuine technical fluency: you can hold a credible conversation about APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling with an engineering counterpart.

  • Working knowledge of the Solana ecosystem: DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and on-chain infrastructure and enough vertical literacy to be useful in a room with exchanges, fintechs, or institutional platforms.

  • Exceptional structure and written communication. Your notes are clear enough that someone picking up a cold conversation knows exactly where things stand.

  • Fluency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
